This ceramic work is made by artist Barbara Ford. This work is labelled as a 'pebble.' This pebble stands in a rounded square shape and is lightweight. It is glazed using a deep brown, blue, and yellow glazes. The band of blue glaze in the center drips horizontally down the pebble despite the pebble standing vertically. The drips appear in a pattern across the front, and are not present in the back. The base of the pebble is unglazed white clay and contains an inscribed artist's signature.
