MessageThe artist uses mixed media to produce a surrealistic depiction of two human forms accompanied by various shapes and colors. He achieves approximate symmetry by placing the two child-like forms on either half of the canvas. Both forms lack skin and expose an accurate depiction of human anatomy, which includes the nervous system, skeletal system, thoracic organs, and digestive organs. The repetition of anatomical shapes, geometric shapes, and color unify the forms. Reedy uses mainly shades of blues, violets, reds, oranges, and yellows within his work, as well as triangular and elliptical shapes. The placement of the arms, hands, and the gaze of the human forms guide the viewer to a circular object placed in the center of the piece. The object is outlined in a white halo and consists of various white circles with black centers creating the illusion of eyes.
