Artist: Walter Hartman (1920-1978)
Graduate of Williamsport High School; attended Philadelphia College of Art, The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and Lycoming College. WWII Veteran. 1950s: Hartman began teaching at Williamsport Technical Institute, and was teaching at Williamsport Area Community College as of 1967.
