A remake of the original Audubon print of the Greater Yellowlegs, made upon his visit to Bulow Plantation in 1832, one of the largest slave plantations in Florida. This is one of the few prints he created with recognizable historic structures in the background, and the only one known to include slave quarters. Here both the yellowlegs and the buildings have been reconfigured more realistically, and the size of the slave cabins increased.
