Since 1980, the Temiskaming Art Gallery (TAG) has been pivotal in promoting and showcasing visual art in northeastern Ontario.
Message
This painting is from a series of works on paper created for a joint touring exhibition planned with Elk Lake artist, Lionel Venne. The exhibition entitled 'From Where We Stand' toured five northern venues from June 2003 to June 2005. This textured acrylic painting was inspired by canola fields found around the Earlton area, which can be seen from Highway 11.
