Australia is often referred to as the food bowl to Asia. 70% of our agricultural production is exported. We only import 11% of our food. This can easily change. It is important for all levels of government to provide stable policy to support exports to the rest of the world. Recent federal agricultural policy has been the opposite of this, aligning agricultural policies with inner city green votes condemning family farms and your food security along with them into oblivion.
