I wanted to create four vases lined up with patterns that connect all four forms. The forms also can work independently of each other. I want the viewer to become visually stimulated by the patterns formed as they dance across the shapes. When the forms are reversed, the viewer sees geometric patterns in black and gold that revolve around the forms.
