My journey has been anything but linear. Born in Italy and trained as a lawyer, I left my home country in 1995 and spent time living in the Netherlands and the United States before settling in Vancouver with my family in 2002. While living in California, I made a life-changing shift— from law to graphic design—which opened the door to a more creative way of seeing and interpreting the world.
In recent years, I’ve felt drawn to explore that creative side more deeply through the arts and photography, grateful to have found a space where I can express my inner world in a more personal and authentic way. My work explores our shared humanity—those quiet, in-between moments that hint at something deeper. Guided by instinct and emotion, my creative process is rooted in the belief that storytelling has the power to heal, reveal, and bring us closer together. When I make art or take a photo, I’m trying to create a space where emotion can speak. Through my images, I hope to give voice to what is felt but not always spoken—to help people feel seen.
