Natural Marmorino and Veneziano Vasari Plaster are applied in thin layers. The Blue Crab is painted with all natural powdered EARTH PIGMENTS and sealed with Nova Wax. The layers of stone create a nostalgic feeling as if it has a story of its own. The powdered earth pigments and plaster will age together and become one. The crab fades off into the background as our world evolves so will the species on this planet eventually becoming a layer underneath the earths crust. Crabs at least once shed their shell for a new one for what some Native Americans traditions believed as a symbol of rebirth. Some tribes viewed the crab spirit tied to the moon, emotions, intuition and Wave of Life.

When cleaning please gently use a clean white soft cloth in a small circular motion.
