Choked asks us to question the viability of our food sources. How do we feed the 7.5 billion people on this planet? Where is the line between the use of harmful chemicals and hunger? The presence of glyphosate (Monsanto’s Roundup) in Cheerios and other children’s cereals as well as the recent recall of Romaine lettuce due to E. coli, highlight how the simplest of foods can become harmful when the path from farm to table becomes overly complicated.
