I was selected to be the featured artist for the Bayou City Art Festival Downtown in October 2013. This one of several images that I created for that festival. I waded into the middle of the reflecting pool to take the photographs. I remember I needed some assistance to get out of the water because my legs were numb. Houston City Hall was built in 1938 and designed by architect Joseph Finger.
