Salt Creek

Salt Creek is a favorite spot for both tourists and locals. Artists can almost always be found painting there. Although the sea stack is the most popular aspect of Salt Creek, I love the salt marsh. The sun sets to the west and always back lights the grasses and trees, sparkling off the water. I painted this one in the morning hours. The light was cooler and there was no back lighting. But the colors were lovely and the salt breeze relaxing.
