This Palm tree by the sea has some exciting colours in the fronds which are ageing beautifully, with yellows, golds and red-browns, as well as green. The turquoise sky makes it feel like a sunny Caribbean day.
Completed in blocky brushwork, this little acrylic on canvas painting is quite impressionistic and has a contemporary feel.
