Lin Baird was selected to create public seating constructed from salvaged timber from the Fallon Cellars. Commissioned by Albury City, the design represented a Bend and Billabong in the Murray River.
Lin designed and constructed the redgum timber seat with Corten steel end plates.
The narrative theme of the river was visually captured in the designs featured on the etched plates, embedded in the top of the seats.
The plates were also used to create a limited edition of prints in ink on Fabriano Paper, listed as seperate artwork #190
