Eight aluminum tubes of different lengths are attached to a square aluminum plate (at base) and extend, at an angle, up into the air. Inserted into each, are aluminum poles with a disc of colored dichroic glass adhered onto the top of a metal puck (attached to these poles), creating a bouquet of colored discs that reflect colored shapes onto adjacent surfaces.
