"The Blues" is the 4th painting in a small series of 32 x 40" wave paintings. I really like how this one combines the smooth lines with a calm crash. It was a perfect morning at the beach on Long Beach Island, NJ when I captured this reference photo. There are many more paintings from this day and each one offers something special.
