ABOUT THIS PRINT
The artist's first etching, done as a student at Florida State University, in a beginning intaglio class instructed by Edward Hill, who also taught life drawing. Hill was a graduate of Yale University and the author of the book, The Language of Drawing, published in 1966.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Hard ground etching. The damp proos were taped to a wall to dry and were cut down once the paper and ink had dried.
