Painted at a boat launch site along SR-50 west of Titusville on the St. Johns River. The view to the southwest in the evening. That's a big dark cedar tree on the bank, growing in the grasses at the water's edge. It's mosquito time -- time to get back into the step van mobile studio for the night. In the daylight hours, the artist was working on 'Tootoosahatchee' -- a major Florida Hammock painting -- about five miles away.
