Obtained directly from Harland & Wolff, these Titanic Smoking Room tiles were rumored to be excess scrap tile intended for use onboard Titanic; however due to their coloring it is far more likely they were intended for use onboard the upcoming sister ship Britannic. They were instead repurposed for use through the Harland & Wolff offices and public facilities, and sold off to collectors in the late 1990's, having been pulled up during a renovation. Still, they are excellent representative examples of exactly the sort of flooring used in Titanic's First Class Smoking Room.
Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the Harland & Wolff shipyard.
