Red and brown (green?) saw tooth inner border. Plain outer border with fine feather stitch quilting. Clam shell quilting with some cross hatch quilting filling in the center of appliqued tulips and in curve of feather stitching. The maker may have used a brown from the beginning. The fabric has a sheen like sateen and reflects the light differently.
