A red and green calico withe men's shirting. It is pieced cotton quilt with four designs by four designs connected by an hourglass (larger scale) and surrounded by a pink and white sawtooth inner border and a wide green border. The quilting design is comprised of crosshatch and parallel stitches. The white parallel stitching is done primarily by hand. Some of the hourglass patterns have been machine stitched. The quilt is backed and brought to the front with strips of blue and yellow calico.
