In the style of Grandmother’s Flower Garden with a wide range of fabrics. Some of the flower patches are thought to be from the ‘30s and ‘40s and some as late as the ‘50s probably left over to create this brown basket pattern, there was a pattern similar to this that was a published pattern around the ‘20s. It’s a very stylized basket. A combination of some older blocks and older fabrics that were left over and made into a wonderful quilt that certainly has the feel and look of the stylized 1930s type of work.
