This mixed media wall hanging reflects on the Japanese legend of the Crane Maiden who weaves her own feathers into a loom to create beautiful brocade kimono fabric. Created for the Creatures of Magic and Myth exhibit at Sonoma Valley Museum of Art. Also exhibited at the San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles.
