Judith Content made this contemporary piece that is reminiscent of a kimono in shape. It was inspired by rushes in light and shadow, and the windswept, fog enveloped coastal marshes of Northern California. The name "Chasm" has many meanings - a gorge, a yawning fissure or deep cleft in the earth. It can also mean a breach of trust or a chasm in time. This piece is also inspired by the nature of change, the inevitable, the unknown.
