From the Artist: Aquifer is part of a series based on cracked pavement, which became pathways and rock walls. The fabric I dye sometimes develops air bubbles which can look three dimensional when cut away from the whole. These "rocks" were piled into pastel geological formations and layered between sunrise skies.
