This piece was one that took a while to come to a conclusion. However, it reminds me of a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson. "Guard well your spare moments. They are like uncut diamonds." In my art practice, I strive to create paintings that evoke an acute awareness and centered meditative state towards our daily surroundings using a tight geometric abstract visual language.
