There’s something truly wonderful about blue, isn’t there?

It has this magical way of washing over me with a sense of calmness. Maybe it’s because it reminds me of a clear summer sky, stretching out endlessly above. Or the gentle rhythm of ocean waves lapping at the shore. Whatever the reason, whenever I’m painting with blue, it feels like the world just slows down a bit, giving me a chance to breathe deeply and simply be.
