Third Avenue Saskatoon captures some of the many changes that have occurred in the downtown area Saskatoon. The modern glass office towers located at River Landing are contrasted by the historic MacLean Building, built in 1912 on Third Avenue. The large trees lining the street and boulevards softly transition the old and the new.
