“Tenebris AND Illuminatus” are digital works of art printed and face-mounted in Acrylic / Plexiglass. The artworks consist of two interconnected pieces that can be presented together adjoining each other, or individually, as a separate and isolated art piece.

We all live in a paradoxical reality. There will always be two sides of the same coin or story. In life there are ups and downs. Right and left. Good and bad. Inside and outside. Failure exists as the counter of success. Every pain counters the great feeling of comfort in the body. But, one of the greatest dualities of life is the one consisting of lightness and darkness. Darkness would not exist without light. Rather than operating as two different forces, they complement each other. Behind heavy dark clouds the sun keeps shining and there is always a blue sky over the horizon. The two art pieces are about a long-forgotten principle of unity and intend to serve as a reminder for self-awareness and infinite transformation as we navigate through different journeys in life.
