The inspiration for El Greco comes from Cycladic sculpture Scott has seen on his travels in the Mediterranean. The ancient Cycladic culture flourished in the islands of the Aegean Sea, therefore the name "El Greco" or "the Greek". El Greco #10 is a bronze with blue patina and has been placed atop a black marble base.
