This piece was inspired by snorkeling in the tidal pools of South Africa (Camp Bay). Some have told me this reminds them of coral reefs and sea urchins.
Method of work:
Encaustic painting with fire, using some natural materials, and the last step was using an increasion technique to emphasize the testicles
