I am edging away from aesthetic sophistication to a warm spot filled with textural richness, softened plane geometry and feminine craft. In the past it had been my desire to express myself first as an artist, then as a woman. Now I find that my work comes across as being done by a woman, so I guess a natural dominance has prevailed. This has not happened intentionally; it has merely happened.
