Companion to “Take Me Home”, “Take Me High” is a fuzzy, messy take on the color scheme. Both pieces share the base palette of bright blue, red, green, yellow acrylic ink over a background of Naples Yellow. The phrases are inspired by lyrics from Frank Ocean’s Pilot Jones. In “Take Me High”, the drops of ink intersect and diverge over and over, layering on top of one another so it’s impossible to distinguish where one line begins and another ends.
