COVID-19 hit my home of New York City . We were an early “EPICENTER”, with an extremely overwhelmed hospital system at the height of the outbreak. Acrylic ink in primary red, green, blue, and yellow form a map that pays homage to the MTA subway system, which stayed open the entire time thanks to many essential workers. A shot of the city is cut apart and resting just below some parts of the grid.
