Wheel thrown construction; Meticulous care with these hand painted underglazes under the glaze trailed layering; a variety of glazes created variations of chemical interactions during the final kiln firing; some areas waxed to maintain the brilliant color of the underglaze/glaze-trailed layering and resist the final dipped glaze. Cone 6 mid-fire white B-clay fired in oxidation to 2200ºF.
