- Margaret Bragg
Margaret Bragg is a native of Greenwich, CT. Her interest in art was fostered at Bennett College and further developed at Parsons School of Design. She continued her studies with Elaine Huyer, Michael Torlen and Dmitri Wright. In her Greenwich and Vero Beach, FL studios, Margaret surrounds herself with her own garden flowers which inspire her to create vibrant, harmonious paintings. Her landscapes capture the joy of her travels to Provence, Tuscany, and her appreciation of great gardens of the world.
As an artist, Margaret strives to portray the wondrous and spiritual side of nature, exploring the energy of light, color, rhythm and texture. Her landscape and floral compositions are uniquely dramatic yet softly sensitive and sophisticated. Her work is exhibited in Florida and Connecticut and can be found in many private collections.
