Artist: Shawn Farrell x
Joseph Chirchirillo - Interplanetary Systems
The artist sees this piece as a “solar system that has been stripped down to its structure. It’s hard, lard and geometric; it’s rocky, raw and red. At its heart, this sculpture is about respect for nature.”
Christopher Froehlich - The Four Directions
Froehlich has a deep connection with trees. “To me, trees are beings that are intrinsically tied and connected to the plane and us humans. The full range of human emotions and structures can be seen and reflected in trees.”
R. Douglass Rice - Colliding Worlds
A native of La Jolla, CA and a graduate of Phillips Exeter and Stanford University, Rice has exhibited in numerous galleries over the years. He has served on the board of the Bronx Museum of the Arts where is now Chair Emeritus.
