Capser is a self-taught artist best known for wildlife and landscape watercolor paintings. He was raised on a cattle ranch in the Crazy Mountain Range of Montana and started sketching his surroundings at the young age of seven. Capser's work has been featured in the C.M. Russell Show (Great Falls, MT) and Birds in Art (Wausau, WI). Numerous Capser images have been featured as Christmas cards by the National Wildlife Federation.
