This work on paper is 15 x 18 cms. It is sold float mounted (showing the edges of the paper) on archival quality mount board, and framed in a limed ash frame. It is therefore only suitable for collection or delivery from Bristol.
This piece was inspired by the views across the Bristol Channel/Severn Estuary from the North Somerset Coast.
Each piece has been started as a drypoint etching- a plate made by scratching into metal or card- and printed at Spike Print Studio in Bristol. I have then collaged coloured and textured tissue paper into the pieces, as well as hand mono-printed onto them (this is like printed painting- very gestural). Each piece emerges from the process completely unique- albeit with a family resemblance to the others in the series.
I know it can be a little daunting buying art online, so feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like any further photos, videos or information, with no pressure or obligation. It can be enjoyable to find just the right piece of art for your space. I also undertake commissions, so if you'd like something similar to what you see, but bespoke to your needs, just let me know.
Payment can either be by card or bank transfer (within the UK) or via Paypal or Stripe for international payments.
I do not give refunds, but am happy to exchange pieces or write a credit note. If the piece reaches you with some damage or is not as described, then please take photographs and I will arrange a refund as necessary.
I'm happy to provide very accurate measurements and estimated framed size to help you imagine the piece in your space- just ask. I can also provide framing advice.
