Another masterpiece was done by a Russian still-life master. Smoked Herring fish, rye bread, and onion, carafe with vodka, and excellent color accents: tomatoes and green onions! This feast was arranged on a sheet of newspaper "Pravda" - which means "Thruth" and which never was read but used a table cloth by ley-person in the Soviet Union.
Mikhail Salmon is a living master of Russian still-life and his works are collectible. He is a graduate of Surikov's Art Institute (Russia, 1975). He is a member of the most prestigious Russian art organization - Union of Artists of Russian Federation, which accepts members after white careful review of works and exhibitions.
