It's the Broadway musical "Cabaret". Before the show many actors and actresses were smoking cigarettes to set the mood. Some were pointing their envious eyes toward the stage. No only in some small Boho places can people smoke. As a matter of fact I'm a non-smoker. Note: Alan Cumming is the male figure painted in the top-center.
