Juried Winter Show 2025

Completed mostly in plein air, the painting depicts the sun setting behind the 18th century farm, now on the National Register of Historic Places, called the Arnold Farm in Burkittsville, MD. It was the site of a Civil War Battle and the house became the headquarters of a Union Army general.
