Juried Winter Show 2025

This chalk pastel drawing shows a man who appears to be uncomfortably anxious and tense. Although he was in fact posing in relaxed circumstances for the Hood Portrait Group (Frederick, MD), I thought he looked as though he found himself in a doctor's waiting room, nervously anticipating results. Hence, the title.
