I was painting at a favorite spot of mine, Brookside Gardens. I loved the colors that day that vibrated against each other and there was a lot of lively activity felt in the scene. I saw this one cool green spot in the distance that provided a bit of respite. Late autumn had the last radiant colorful burst of limes and yellows and so many other colors that danced throughout the scene.
