Cha was inspired by my visit to the legendary village of Yixing where I attended a workshop of teapot making organized by Mr. Xiaosheng Bi, a renowned ceramic artist under whose guidance I learned teapot and tea bowls arts of China. Cha in Putonghua means tea. Tea is a spiritual drink in China.

The set includes a teapot, its platform and a small tea bowl. It is regarded as one unit.
