ARTIST COMMENTS: Flowers and all things floral signify hope, life, freedom, optimism, choice and all things good in this world.
The flowers, by their very existence, exude hope for better days, yet the crimson skies surrounded by foreboding,swirling, ever-darkening purplish skies tell a deeper story of pain, upheaval and uncertainty - a COVID Winter!
Yet the flowers are bright, bold, colorful and flexible. They WILL survive, as they are fluid and fun.
The title spells the future - it's as if this is all a dream; a very bad dream.
We will survive.
This is a powerful, positive painting and truly unique time stamp of a generation.
