From my Behind Each Window, A Voice sereis which was initiated with an Individual Artists Grant from The Brooklyn Arts Council in 1999. It is part of a collection of 20 works inspired by oral histories from eight Brooklyn neighbors each of whom juggles conflicting national, religious, racial and/or class aspects of their Identity.
