We had a medium sized lemon tree in our backyard. I went out one day and a few branches were almost touching the ground due to the fact that there were so many ripe lemons. I picked a basket full to make lemonade. In the meantime I set the basket on the kitchen table right next to the morning newspaper. The headline that day was about the Nissan vehicle recall for faulty brakes. This was devastating news to the automaker. I knew it was time to make lemonade.
