Taken from a photograph shot at the Mid-America Science Museum, this piece was created in unfixed pastel. The imagery, along with the title, were meant to bring about exploration into the idea of loneliness and nearing the end of life. The shadow, long across the floor, represents the setting sun, which represents the ending of life.
