Message
This mural was painted to make this tunnel more friendly. Patrick Boas, PLAY Roanoke’s Recreation Manager, led the project. The mural depicts a sky and clouds with green mountains extending across the walls of the bridge. It is painted in bright colors that add a friendly and fun feel.
